As a 2nd Level Support specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our users experience the "Wow" factor every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support and creative solutions.
• Take ownership of IT system setup and maintenance, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Handle hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands-on support).
• Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
