As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech in Ottobrunn, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile.
• Take ownership of setting up and maintaining IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Install hardware and software, configure networks, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts and migrations.
• Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring their timely resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid experience with the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10 and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
• Experience with Google Environment (Docs/ Sheets) is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is required for on-site visits.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
