2ND LEVEL IT SUPPORT (M/F/D)

As an IT Technician (m/f/d) at our Donauwörth location, you will amaze users with exceptional support. In this 2nd Level Support role, you will handle tickets and inspire with your service-oriented approach:


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process support requests and incidents within the SNOW ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Identify errors and implement efficient and effective solutions
  • Manage inventory and IT-related aspects of meeting/video rooms, the data center, and the training room

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems
  • Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support and experience in the Microsoft environment
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and excellent German language skills
  • Good English skills, which you enjoy using daily
