IT-SUPPORT 2ND LEVEL ONSITE (M/W/D)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
• Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
• Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
• Creation of system documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
• Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
• Good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
• Experience with printers and smartphones
