WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that make a real difference.
• Take charge of hardware and software installation and configuration, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Play an active role in exciting IT projects, including rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
• Showcase your analytical skills by investigating and documenting system and application errors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Professional experience or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d).
• Prior experience in 2nd Level IT Support and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in common software applications and relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English, which you'll be using daily.
