WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Professional experience or a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration.
• Prior experience in 2nd Level IT Support and familiarity with ticket systems.
• Confidence in navigating common software applications and relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English, ready to be put to use daily.
