IT-SUPPORTER ONSITE 2ND LEVEL (M/W/D)

As an IT Support Technician in Heidelberg, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive user experience.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support to our users in Heidelberg.
  • Take ownership of ticket resolution, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
  • Install and configure hardware and software, playing an active role in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
  • Analyze and document system and application errors, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Solid experience in 2nd Level Support.
  • Proficiency in working with ticketing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
