As a 2nd Level Support specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our users experience the "Wow" factor every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support with a smile.
• Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Manage hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in exciting IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
• Showcase your analytical skills by meticulously documenting system and application errors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid experience working with the Microsoft environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
