YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions that leave users smiling.
• Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
• Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft environment, including Windows 10 and Active Directory.
• Proven experience working with ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests.
• Familiarity with Google Environment tools like Docs and Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
