IT-SUPPORTER ONSITE 2ND LEVEL (M/W/D)

As a 2nd Level Support Technician at Hemmersbach in Hanover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
• Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
• Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
• Creation of system documentation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Passion for IT support
• Initial experience in 2nd level IT support and working with ticketing systems
• Excellent German and English skills (used daily)
• Experience with common software applications and relevant tools
• Professional experience or trained IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration
