Your responsibilities: As the General Manager of THE EMBASSIES Hamburg, you are the driving force behind our location. You will lead day-to-day operations, build close relationships with our guests and residents, and ensure that all processes run smoothly. Through your dedication, you will create and maintain an exclusive club atmosphere that is always vibrant and welcoming. - Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering an open, trustworthy, and warm organizational culture. - Ensure that our guests and members have an extraordinary experience every day and feel at home with us. - Oversee all operational processes – from residential areas to F&B services – ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless operations. - Build relationships with local partners, suppliers, and the community to firmly establish our presence in Hamburg. - Develop creative ideas for the site’s continuous growth and act as a driver of innovation. - Take full responsibility for the site’s budget and financial performance. Your profile: - You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, or club management. - You are passionate about bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences. - You are proactive, have a keen sense of business optimization, and achieve financial goals with ease. - You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional languages are a plus. - You are hands-on, enjoy getting involved, and have an eye for details that make a difference. - You know Hamburg and its vibrant community, or you will quickly immerse yourself in the local scene.
