This is your chance to join the C&A team as Business Process Specialist for Distribution Centers.

This job is based from our Head Office in Dusseldorf and requires 3 days/week attendance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactive first level support for all European C&A Distribution Centers (DCs) in view of work processes and software in the DCs.
• Active participation in the optimization and redesign of processes and systems resulting from new logistical requirements for the DCs. Proactive and goal-oriented cooperation with other stakeholders and IT.
• Implementation of new software and processes in the DCs including employee training and creation of training materials.
• Focus on permanent review of current processes and systems to ensure continues improvements.
• Ongoing documentation of all processes, adaptations and standards.
• Monitoring and reporting for all standards, areas and DCs.
• Execution of user acceptance tests relevant to the DC processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Fluent in English and German
• Very good knowledge of logistics procedures and processes.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and IT programs for logistics.
• Experience in dealing with international teams.
• Efficient communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and solution-oriented skills.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe (DC process optimization requires regular physical appearance in the DCs).
