We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: making net zero a reality. • You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality new features for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE/CRM) that empower our users and advance our company’s mission • You work closely with international teams of product owners and Business Analysts, to translate requirements into effective solutions • You will provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) users • You will support in customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows within MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) to improve data visibility and streamline operations Who you are • You have a degree in (business) IT or a comparable qualification in the IT field • You have in depth knowledge and 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ERP and/or CRM platforms, especially MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) • You are proficient in MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) customization • You have experience in integrating MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) with various other applications • You have a strong understanding of internal IT structures and ERP architecture • You communicate professionally in English How to applySimply click the application button to apply to this position.
