Be one of our change-makers and join the success story: we are looking for a **Field Service Engineer (d/f/m)** Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany ## **The** **Opportunity:** As a Filed Service Engineer (d/f/m), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT service management processes, incident management, and end-user tools. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and provide remote desktop support. This role requires a strong background in Windows, Networking, and Field Service & Operations management. ## **Your Key Result Areas:** - Manage and optimize IT service management processes to ensure efficient operations. - Oversee incident management to promptly address and resolve issues. - Provide expertise in end-user tools such as Nexthink and Service Now. - Ensure seamless operations of Windows-based systems and networking infrastructure. - Offer remote desktop support to resolve technical issues for end-users. - Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - Implement best practices in field service and operations management. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT standards and policies. - Provide training and support to end-users on IT tools and systems. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of IT incidents and resolutions. ## **Your Qualification:** - Possess a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in IT service management. - Demonstrate expertise in incident management and end-user tools like Nexthink and Service Now. - Have a strong background in Windows, Networking, and remote desktop support. - Exhibit proficiency in field service and operations management. - Show excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Hold relevant certifications in IT service management or related fields. - Excellent communication skills in German and English ## **At Cognizant, taking care of employees is a priority:** - You can pursue innovative career tracks and opportunities here - You can enhance your professional development through education and dedicated training - We’ll give you the skills you need to keep pace with the changing workplace while our compensation, health insurance benefit and gym membership discount to help you stay healthy and plan for the future.
