In this role, you will handle fault analysis, provide advice on accessories and spare parts, plan customer service assignments, and offer technical support to field service technicians by phone. Provide expert consultation to customers on suitable accessories and spare parts. Strategically plan and schedule customer service assignments for optimal efficiency. Deliver high-level technical support to field service technicians through telephone assistance. Profile Possess formal education or training in CNC technology, electronics, mechatronics, or machining. Previous field service experience with CNC machine tools is highly advantageous. Demonstrate proficient customer interaction skills. Able to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial approach. Exhibit a high degree of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability.
