Sustainability Reporting and Content Manager (w/m/d)

In this role you will function as subject matter expert for sustainability related communication and capacity building. You will support Marketing and Corp Comms in establishing a communication approach aligned with EU legislation, coordinate the delivery of content against this approach and act in close cooperation with legal as approver for all Sustainability related communication and assets.

The role:

• Manage the creation and development of C&A’s annual sustainability report.
• Coordinate and consolidate content related to CSRD requirements.
• Provide project management support for CSRD implementation.
• Establish and maintain a system for consolidating non-financial ESG data.
• Facilitate external assurance of non-financial ESG data and ensure compliance with new standards.
• Support Marketing and Corporate Communications in developing sustainability communication and act as the main contact for related requests

We would be keen to speak to those with a blend of the following skills and capabilities:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• 3+ years  experience in reporting and /or communication
• Good knowledge of CSRD regulation and requirements
• Good knowledge of sustainability communication related legal requirements
• Strong project management skills and able to perform under tight timelines
• Pragmatic approach in handling multiple issues at the same time
• Good communication skills
