rapidly growing industry? Excellent! Then we are looking for you as a new team

member for our international marketing team at our headquarters in Oberursel.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• You will actively conceptualize and help design growth marketing projects.
• You will, with the help of our international team, turn the website/events/etc. into lead generation tools.
• You will create lead generating campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team for all our targets
• You continuously monitor the performance of running campaigns as well as established lead funnels and adjust them to work efficiently.
• In cooperation with our demand and lead gen marketers, you maintain and further develop our websites and web content to support business objectives.
• You aren’t afraid to work with objective goals in mind.
• You maintain a clear overview of all collaborative projects you lead.

THIS IS YOU:

• You have experience designing workflows and campaigns that leverage marketing automation. You are passionate about conversion rate optimization and helping others test improvement ideas.
• Ideally, you are familiar with common CMS systems such as WordPress and are experienced with the website builder Elementor. You have experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
• Your excellent project management skills allow you to maintain schedules and timings.
• You have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on marketing, digital media or a similar course of study and already have 5 years of professional experience in online marketing/website management.
• You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel as well as marketing project management tools such as asana, Microsoft Projects and more.
• You enjoy being in an international context, are already experienced in working on a multi-lingual website and therefore have a very good command of English and German (Spanish, Portuguese or Hungarian are a plus).
• Apart from your technical know-how, you embrace teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
• Apart from that, you can, no, should, of course, incorporate your own ideas and approaches into our marketing work at any time.
