Supply Logistics Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Manage purchase requests and raise associated orders with focus on logistics and transport related topics
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery in line with company needs
• Coordinate all import/export and customs related aspects for inbound & outbound shipments including cost control & related invoice management
• Maintain updated records of transport transactions and delivery information
• Prepare reports on purchase cost and contribute to cost reduction ideas
• Support in monitoring of material stock levels and initiate order placement as needed and support to improving operational supply chain and logistic process landscape

Your profile:

• Degree in Business School, Industrial Business Management or equivalent experience
• Proven work experience as a Supply Officer with experience in international trade & logistics processes or similar role
• Sound knowledge of import / export and customs process
• Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and supply chain stakeholder Management
• Experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP), Google Suite, MS Office tools
• Ability to work self-organized, but in close alignment with internal and external interfaces
• Business fluent German as well as fluent English language skills
