  • You will be a trailblazer, starting with a blank slate as you develop a deep understanding of the craftsman market in the Netherlands
  • Through intensive analysis and customer engagement within the craftsman ecosystem, you will discover the competitive landscape and marketing opportunities, helping HERO in an evidence-driven approach entering the Dutch market
  • With the freedom to design the process, you will work with our marketing specialists to generate the first inbound leads for our software and present HERO to interested prospects in online demos
  • As a true entrepreneur , you’ll take the lead in conducting personalized web demos, securing the first deals in the Netherlands , overseeing onboarding, and supporting the initial phase—all of which will inform your assessment of the product-market fit
  • You will be the main driver for all initial go-to-market activities in the Netherlands, working closely with experts from marketing, sales, communication, and product departments
  • Based on your analysis and results, you will help shape the scope , strategy , and timing for HERO’s investment in the market
  • By collaborating closely with key departments (marketing, product, sales, service), you will become an expert on our software and a key player in HERO’s international expansion journey

Deine Superkräfte

  • You possess native-level proficiency in Dutch and very good skills in English ( at least C1 level ), allowing you to grasp and communicate even complex concepts with ease
  • With over 4 years of experience in a commercial digital environment , including at least 2 years in sales or account executive roles, you have honed your ability to handle outbound cold outreach and consistently close deals
  • You’re a driven self-starter with a strong sales mindset and a “can-do” attitude , always ready to take initiative and see things through
  • Your expertise lies in selling to SMBs, where quick sales cycles and straightforward decision-making units (DMU) require agility and responsiveness
  • You’re passionate about working closely with marketing and product teams, recognizing that collaboration is key to driving sales and refining strategies
  • An analytical approach and strategic thinking are in your DNA, empowering you to make impactful decisions
  • You’re motivated by the challenge of building something new and are eager to take ownership of your role in a fast-growing company
