HR Payroll Specialist (w/m/d)

About us Our client is a management, specialist, and technology

consultancy serving Germany's top banks and investment firms. Tasks

Oversee the full payroll process, including preparation, execution,

follow-up, certifications, and company pension plans. Provide employee

support throughout their employment, from recruitment to termination.

Manage personnel matters such as hiring, work hour adjustments,

secondary employment, departures, and references. Act as the primary

contact for employees and managers regarding payroll tax and social

security concerns. Prepare reports, calculate personnel budgets, and

contribute to the implementation of broader HR initiatives. Profile

Completed studies or commercial training, preferably in the HR field.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in payroll and

personnel administration. Strong understanding of payroll tax, social

security, and labor law. Familiarity with Datev and Personio is a

plus. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for creating reports

and evaluations. Ability to work independently and maintain

confidentiality in handling personnel matters. Excellent communication

skills with a structured, proactive approach. High service orientation

with a hands-on mindset. Fluency in German, with good English skills
