(SENIOR) DATA ANALYTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER: QUALITY MEDICINE EXPERT (GN)

Germany, we are currently assigned to recruit a (Senior) Data

Analytics Manager, specializing in Quality Medicine (QM). This pivotal

position within the Quality Analytics & Risk Management Team offers

you the chance to shape and lead Data Management activities, setting

the foundation for the department's future. Aufgaben Establish and

uphold quality standards for data generated within QM, significantly

influencing Data Management practices. Serve as the Global Process

Owner (GPO) for related processes, ensuring robust Knowledge

Management Assets and tools. Lead QM Data Management efforts,

providing functional leadership to both internal and external teams.

Drive the continuous education and skill development of the QM Coding

Team, keeping them at the forefront of industry advancements. Work

closely with data scientists, risk managers, and company reporting

leads to ensure data is correctly processed and shared across

divisions. Participate in major projects, including the integration of

AI into governance practices. Ensure data integrity and accuracy,

supporting high-quality work and facilitating advanced reporting and

analytics. Oversee Data Cleaning Processes and Projects, managing them

efficiently and effectively. Profil Master’s degree in a scientific

discipline with experience in GxP within the pharmaceutical industry;

a PhD is advantageous. Deep expertise in Project Management,

particularly in Data Quality Management initiatives. Proven leadership

and strategic problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding

of processes and quality management. Proficient in MS Office, MS

Project, and database tools, with the ability to quickly master new

systems. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing

multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Strong ability to present

complex information clearly and effectively. Maturity and the ability

to balance detailed work with strategic oversight. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in
