For our partner in the energy industry we are looking for a

Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) at the Berlin site.

Bring your procurement expertise to an industry that is vital to global energy provision. This is your chance to support innovative projects and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your task:

• Ensure timely placement and delivery of purchase orders according to contractual requirements
• Coordinate Kick-Off Meetings and manage the expediting processes with suppliers
• Monitor progress reports, delivery schedules, and production plans from suppliers
• Support the Engineering and Quality departments in the release of documentation and manufacturing clearances
• Conduct supplier visits and production inspections to verify manufacturing status
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to ensure on-time delivery
• Record goods receipts in the SAP system and ensure accurate data for on-time delivery
• Provide feedback on supplier performance to the Sourcing team and Commodity Leaders

Your qualification:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, managing your own scope and suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to supplier locations
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
