For our valued partner in the international energy industry we are looking for a

Operations Analyst (m/f/d) at the Düsseldorf site.

Leverage your analytical skills to enhance the trading operations of a leading energy company. As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving and streamlining our trading processes. Your tasks:

• Validate and confirm deals, manage the settlement of incoming and outgoing statements
• Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across trading operations
• Evaluate and recommend digitalization opportunities for trade confirmation and settlement processes
• Execute business process improvements in compliance with internal controls and manage daily operational tasks
• Support the rollout of Operational Excellence and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Front Office, IT, and Accounting teams

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in process improvement and business operations
• Familiarity with digital transformation and business process automation

• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
