Your responsibilities:


  • Customize and configure Microsoft 365 applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of M365 services.
  • Stay updated on M365 updates and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide initial support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues for Zurich-based employees.
  • Assist users with basic technical problems, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common technical inquiries.
  • Oversee the management and inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, Wi-Fi equipment, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset distribution, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard organizational data and systems.

Your profile:


  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and customization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A fluent German speaker with business proficiency in English (min. B2-level)
  • Familiarity with IT asset management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel, about 20%
