Impact Evolution gGmbH is a young social enterprise from Ilmenau. The company develops social solutions and implements them in the form of projects and services. Networking and sustainability, international experience and the use of new technologies and processes always play a major role.

At the headquarters, not far from the campus of the TU Ilmenau, and in the branch office at Wetzlarer Platz as well as the counseling center in Arnstadt, the employees work in the areas of migration and integration for various target groups, including international students and refugees.

For the new AMIF project "VZI – Versorgungszentrum Integration" we are looking for a part-time project manager (30h) for the Ilmenau location from October 1, 2024.

What you do with us

• Planning, implementation and further development of participation formats for long-term integration for refugees (with budget responsibility)
• Organising the training and deployment of cultural and language mediators
• Coordination of the Ilmenau Refugee Network
• Close cooperation with the migration advisory team

What you bring to the table

• Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma), preferably in the social or cultural field
• Solid experience in the field of coordination and/or action and event management
• Experience and high affinity for volunteering
• Organizational talent and problem-solving skills
• Good German and English and, if possible, another foreign language
• Resilience, motivation and initiative
• an independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Enjoyment of working together in a team

Employment, remuneration and social benefits are based on the collective agreement for the public service/federal government (TVöD-Bund) and correspond to level E10.
