Be part of a digital transformation in which you contribute to introducing and driving the global implementation of an SAP SuccessFactors within all of C&A.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.

•    Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs.

•    Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations.

•    Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.

•    Engage with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging SuccessFactors to improve HR processes.

•    Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.

WHAT YOU BRING

•    A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors

•    In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

•    Proficiency in configuration of SuccessFactors solutions.

•    Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
