THE FUTURE LOOKS LIKE YOU

As a Working Student (m/f/d) you are part of the User Research & Experimentation team, which consists of a UX Researcher, Conversion Optimization Managers, and a Customer Experience Manager and ensures that the user experience in the C&A online store and app is continuously developed further. You will work closely with our CX Manager and ensure that Product Managers, Product Designers and stakeholders in eCommerce are provided with valuable user insights to create the best possible user experience.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with our CX Manager and ensuring that the voice of our customers is embedded in our company DNA
  • Supporting the monthly monitoring and analysis of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback as well as the maintenance and documentation of various customer experience metrics (Net Promoter Score, CSAT etc.)
  • Independently setting up smaller CX surveys (on-site surveys), carrying out the associated data analyses, and creating reports for our various stakeholders
  • Supporting the UX Researcher in conducting and analyzing of user interviews and usability tests
  • Carrying out trend, market and competitor analyses in the e-commerce sector and helping to identify opportunities for creating a better customer experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently studying business psychology, sociology, communication sciences, business informatics, human-computer interaction, or media sciences, with initial experience in a customer-centric company
  • Enjoy interacting with quantitative data, having good analytical skills, and creating easy to read reports (dashboards and info graphics). Comfortable working with qualitative data and enjoy variety
  • You are no stranger to programs such as Excel, SPSS or R
  • Independent, results-oriented way of working, and able to balance pragmatism with attention to detail
  • Interested in e-commerce and user experience topics, and structured and interested in learning new things but you know when to ask for help
  • Good English and German language skills
