responsibilities · Developing and implementing a sales strategy to

expand new customer base in Germany. · Design and implement market

development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets,

standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets. · Building

and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in

Germany. · Identifying new market opportunities and developing

business strategies. · Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant

market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and

provide strategic basis and data support for the company's business

development and new product development. · Represent the company at

industry exhibitions in Germany market, collect industry information,

and expand business channels. · Working closely with our Chinese

merchandiser teams to ensure timely delivery of products to Germany

market. · Building and overseeing the development of our

organizational structure in Germany. · As our Country Sales Manager,

you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan

to grow our business in Germany market. Job requirements · You-must

have relevant industry knowledge and contacts and ability to generate

and bring in new business opportunities for the company. · You must

have extensive experience as a manager of sales or product in importer

companies. · You must have fashion apparel development and business

knowledge and a deep understanding of Germany garment market. · A

proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market

share. · Experience working with international production centers is

a plus. · You should also have strong communication and interpersonal

skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team. · You will

need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work
