Für unseren namhaften Kunden in Biberach suchen wir ab sofort, im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, eine*n BDS Operations Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

• In the Operations Manager (m/w/d) role for Process Enablement, you will be accountable to provide consultation on low complexity topics to support BDS (Biostatistics & Data Sciences) Value creation needs by partnering with BDS members, external suppliers, and other members outside of BDS to turn operational insight (expertise, knowledge, input, translation) into action and by recommending and implementing solutions and driving alignments.
• As key contact in the area of Process Enablement you will cultivate operational excellence for BDS Value Creation and consistent & harmonized capabilities across BDS through support, consultation and development of creative solutions, creation of framework materials to empower all BDS members in their operational topics and execution of defined service packages which support speed and value in the clinical development life cycle
• You identify problems, develop solutions, and follow through with resolution
• You implement and oversee focused work packages by establishing and continuously improving service teams
• Therefore, you will interact with various other functions and roles within and outside of BDS contributing to and/or having operational impact regarding BDS Value Creation - this includes colleagues from all areas of Medicine, as well as Information Technology

Es handelt sich bei dieser Position um ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell, welches nach 80% bzw. nach Bedarf aus dem Home-Office/Remote abgedeckt werden kann. Die Einarbeitung findet teilweise vor Ort statt

Fachliche Anforderungen

• Master´s degree with focus on Life Sciences, Business Administration or similar with experience: can be replaced by high-quality/multifaceted professional qualifications with relevant professional experience
• Good experience in project management and business analysis
• Good knowledge in and experience within pharmaceutical industry and business operations, which may include business architecture/business process modeling as well as system and process release management
• Knowledge/experience in clinical trial research and basic medical terminology
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, negotiation skills, time management skills and initiative required
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary project teams and proactively manage relationships with external vendors required
• Fluency in English in speaking and writing
