responsibilities: You are a trusted teamleader who guides and develops

the service management team with its global Service Hubs in Belgium,

Germany and Portugal to achieve excellence. The strategic planning is

part of your exciting tasks, while you develop and implement (new)

processes and service management strategies. You ensure that services

meet business requirements (internal and external) and the guidelines

are being followed. You have the responsibility for service delivery

to support the customer (service requests, incident management, etc.).

You take care of the quality management by monitoring and improving

service quality and setting up comprehensive KPIs, service data and

reporting structures which translate into continuous improvement.

Budgeting, cost controlling and risk management are also part of your

interesting position. As an experienced stakeholder manager it's easy

for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to

ensure customer satisfaction and customer success. You evaluate,

improve and implement (new) tools that increase efficiency, ie.

telephony systems. Your Profile: You have a minimum of five years of

professional experience in similar service roles. Your professional

experience in a similar position covers at least one year. You

achieved a university degree in engineering, IT, economics or similar

with very good grades. Working in an international and multi-cultural

environment excites you. Your good knowledge and experience in project

management and respective planning as well as disposition of staff

convince us. Your German and English skills (verbal and written) are

very good, preferably knowledge of another language. Your knowledge of

MS Office is excellent. You are ready to travel internationally in
