This role is for aspiring and professional agents of change who know how to build strong relationships and deliver smooth project management. The main focus lies in supporting the implementation of our 2028 Equity, Inclusion & Human Rights Strategy: helping to identify and close representation and inclusion gaps in different parts of our business, and supporting the people function on a range of social standards


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist People & Culture and business stakeholders in the implementation of Equity, Inclusion & Human Rights strategy
  • Analyse diversity, inclusion and social standards data to keep track on progress and draw recommendations on action response
  • Support internal and external reporting processes
  • Carry out operational, monitoring, and administrative support activities to enable the implementation of Equity, Inclusion & Human Rights strategy
  • Develop, coordinate and support initiatives to foster inclusion and equitable outcomes for people belonging to underrepresented or historically marginalised communities
  • Develop, coordinate and support initiatives to enhance social standards for all employees
  • Build co-worker engagement to help shape an inclusive work environment for people of all backgrounds and identities

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Good understanding of equity and inclusion and people processes (HR), based on a combination of professional and lived experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships
  • Strong project management skills, ability to drive collaborations proactively and in an organised manner
  • Strong data management and analysis skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Expertise in reporting, with familiarity with diversity, equity, inclusion and other social standards in key European regulations, such as CSRD, and voluntary reporting frameworks
  • A growth mindset, ability to learn quickly; to research and integrate best practices to improve processes and practices
  • Empathy, courage, and cultural intelligence
