Windows Administrator (d/f/m)

As a Windows Administrator (d/f/m), you will be installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and services. You will also be ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by managing system updates and patches.

In your first few weeks in this Windows Administrator (d/f/m) role, you can expect to:

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and configuring and installing IT solutions
• Managing user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus programs.
• Providing technical support and guidance to users
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and services
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by managing system updates and patches
• Performing regular system backups and recovery procedures
• Documenting processes, system configurations, and technical responses as well as reporting and communicating on system status
• Perform capacity planning based on the server utilization report and share it with client for initiating cost saving rightsizing activities.
