Responsibilities:

• You identify and assess the training needs of Honor Technologies Germany through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers
• You develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
• You implement effective and purposeful training methods
• You effectively manage the training budget
• You evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance
• You drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
• You effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management
• You select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
• You manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training
• You keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development management
• You possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German + English
• You have a superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• You are a critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
• You are highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
• You are familiar with traditional and modern training processes
• You have fantastic organizational and time management skills
• You have a strategic and creative mindset
• You pay meticulous attention to detail
