You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining RFID system supported business processes in time cost and quality. Also, act as a process owner in close collaboration with the stakeholders, ensuring guiding principles within the process are followed through while promoting the approach of industry standards by conveying associated benefits. You will also give support to provide User stories and epics to the engineering teams.


As the position requires to a certain degree to work in the office, the home base should be located near Düsseldorf.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Definition and elaboration of value adding processes in the framework of RFID technology in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with GS1 standards and guidelines.
  • Project/Change initiation, elaboration of pre-studies and Business Case creation.
  • Project/Change planning and execution (scope, budgets, deliverables, activities, timeline, dependencies, risks resources).
  • Responsible for change implementation, user acceptance testing and process execution follow through.
  • Perform project stakeholder management (e.g., preparation of meetings, steering committees).
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge management (Training where applicable).

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, information systems, project management or general business management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ corporate experience with ability in and commitment to business problem solving.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in driving projects/change in the supply chain, Ideally experience with GS1 standards and RFID technology implementations.
  • Process knowledge of retail (ideally fashion retail) supply chain, especially with focus on store processes.
  • Experience in implementing RFID supported processes and Knowledge of IT processes like BPM, architecture, business analysis, development, Change Management, Test Management
  • Good analytical skills and the capability to understand complex contexts
  • Good understanding of current and emerging technologies, and how other enterprises are using them to drive digital business
  • Effective influencing and negotiating and communication skills in an environment where the role may not directly control resources
  • Decision-making capabilities and appropriate balance of risk taking and issue escalation. and ability to anticipate and mitigate risk and minimize impact of change.
