Field Support Engineer / Sr. Citrix Support Engineer (d/f/m)


Location: Estenfeld, Germany (hybrid)


The Opportunity:


Looking for a strong candidate to handle Desktop Support and Remote Field Services.


Your Key Result Areas:


·       Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems


•         Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.


•         Installation and troubleshooting of applications like as MS-office, Oracle, Acrobat Reader, office, and basic software.


•         Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.


•         Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.


•         Installation and troubleshooting of local print Configuring and Troubleshooting of MS OUTLOOK/Thunderbird note-To solve the technical problems remotely.


•         Installed, configured, and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.


•         Monitoring call escalation level, remote helpdesk to high profile user or above through Net meeting or telephonic.


•         Communicate and work closely with team members to assist and troubleshoot.


•         Troubleshooting day to day activities of users regarding mails and application.


•         Should have Hardware and OS knowledge to support Windows environment.


•         Knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and Printers


•         Should have experience on LAN/WAN Connectivity and Network Cabling


•         Call management, Helpdesk, Call coordination.


•         Knowledge of DT / LT / LAN & Printers & able to give telephonic support, Printers (DMP, LJ, Line)


•         Should be comfortable with working from Client office.


Your Qualification:


·       Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field


·       Fluent in English, German is a plus.


·       Functional Skills: Data Analysis, Requirements Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, ITSM (IT Service Management), Technology Trends


·       Leadership and Professional development Skills: Execution Excellence, Build Collaborative Relations, Innovation, Effective Communication, Strategic Orientation, Client Focus, Managing Change
