Wir, die Eritt GmbH in Niddatal sind seit mehr als 20 Jahren mit ca. 60 Mitarbeiten für das Facility Management von über 200 Liegenschaften im Rhein-Main Gebiet zuständig. Zu unserem Service gehören die Garten-/ bzw. Außenbereichpflege, Treppenhausreinigung, Kleinreparaturen-/ bzw. allgemeine Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen, Glasreinigung, Sommer-/ Winterdienst sowie Heizungsanlagen und Elektroarbeiten. Zur Verstärkung für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort einen Anlagenmechaniker für Heizungs-/ Sanitärtechnik

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

·         Du kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um die gesamte Heizungs-, Sanitär-, und Wassertechnik auf unseren Baustellen

·         Du führst Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen der Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen durch

·         Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Inspektionsrundgängen und Fehlersuche bei Störungen

·         Funktionsprüfung von Anlagen und Fehlererkennung

·         Reparatur, Instandhaltung und Wartung von Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungsanlagen

·         Klein- und Großreparaturen im Heizungsbau

·         Durchführung von Einzelreparaturen, Wartungen sowie Entstördienst von Thermen und Kesselanlagen

·         Wartung der Gas-Kombi Therme

·         Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen an Öl-, Gas- und Wärmepumpenanlagen

·         Kundendienst und Notdiensteinsätze

·         Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten

Wir erwarten von dir:

·         Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Heizungs- oder Sanitärtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

·         Du hast Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sanitär-, Heizungsanlagen

·         Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

·         Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

·         Flexibilität, Engagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten

Plant mechanic for heating/sanitary technology (all genders) to support us within a fulltime position (40hrs/week).

Job role:

• You will be responsible for taking care of all the heating, plumbing and water technology on our construction sites
• You carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of the heating and plumbing systems
• You are responsible for carrying out inspection tours and troubleshooting faults
• Functional testing of systems and error detection
• Repair, maintenance and servicing of heating, plumbing and ventilation systems
• Small and large repairs in heating construction
• Carrying out individual repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting services for thermal baths and boiler systems
• Maintenance of the gas combination thermal bath
• Diagnosing and correcting problems with oil, gas and heat pump systems
• Customer service and emergency services
• Documentation of work carried out

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a system mechanic (m/f/d) in the areas of heating or sanitary technology or comparable vocational training
• Service-oriented, work thoroughly and independently
• Showing a polite and customer-oriented work attitude
• Good knowledge of German (written and spoken)
• Owns a valid driver’s license class B (cars)
• Willing to move to Germany on your own responsibility.
• Able to reach your workplace independently (own car) approximately at 06:00 a. m.
• Neat and tidy appearance
• Proper handling of working materials
