• Further refines CSC MOD target operating model and organization
• Defines MOD offer portfolio (solutions) based on FLD needs
• Understands FLD needs and largest potential for TK
• Build up CSC MOD team, integrating TKA resources
• Ensures we are able to serve TKAW legacy MOD needs, but also ensures black zero for MOD CSC in ESS
• Actively creates BU EA MOD network, leveraging all resources

• Knows EA MOD market, trends, customer needs, other requirements
• Good technical understanding of elevator components (expert knowledge can be though in the team)
• More important: Entrepreneurial mindset, business builder, commercial drive
• Thinks in solutions; acts independently of factory products to maximize competitiveness
• Customer mindset, able to actively drive team to have this too
• Structured, but also execution strong and pragmatic
