We're currently seeking a talented individual located in the Stuttgart metropolitan area, who excels in building strong client relationships and igniting sales growth. We offer a permanent position on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 60%). Are you ready to take on the challenge?


SENIOR CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/W/D)

YOUR ROLE:

  • Managing existing clients and strengthening (key) account relationships
  • Leading proposal process, including writing, submission, follow-up and closure
  • Directly engaging with clients throughout the sales process and gathering post-project feedback
  • Driving CRM activities ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction
  • Developing and establishing new contacts within our client base
  • Participating in strategic sales meetings and liaising with finance to support the invoicing process

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable professional experience
  • Experience in customer relations and ability to build up and maintain enterprise client relationships, including liaising with client contacts on all levels and in different countries
  • Excellent written and spoken English and good German skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial
  • Competence with CRM software is an asset
  • Based in the Stuttgart metropolitan area and min. 5-6 days presence per month in our Reutlingen office
  • Result orientation with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Teamplayer
