Office Assistant - Health & Safety (m/f/d)

We are searching for intelligent and innovative employees for our Automotive customers as Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Robert Bosch. If you are interested in working for a dynamic company with flat hierarchy, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for keeping all Occupational Health & Safety documents up-to date including GA policies, Communication to all stakeholders on day of effectiveness
• Planning and execution of relevant OHS trainings
• Monitoring and follow up that supervisors fulfill their OHS duties including success rate of trainings
• Scheduling and organization of ASA meetings including on-site inspections
• Keeping GA policies and procedures up to date (Security, ISO, Emergency) and monitoring effectiveness
• Process optimization with regards to shipping procedure and deputy for shipping clerk on site
• Contact for all Food & Beverage topics including lunch subsidies
• Organizing company events

Your profile:

• Experience in office administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English and German
• Hands on mentality
