As HR Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing the standards for C&A’s operational HR processes, data model and reports. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of global core HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing the global standards for C&A’s operational HR processes, data model and reports, while working with state-of-art systems (SAP Signavio, SuccessFactors, Business Process Modelling 2.0 etc.), an international team of experts to collaborate with and support your development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the definition, maintenance, and governance of standards for the development, approval, introduction, and improvement of HR processes at C&A.
- Identify HR business requirements and translate these into global and localized HR operations concepts, including HR processes, data models, and reports.
- Work closely with the Core HR Systems, Programs, and Operations teams to bring these HR operations concepts to life, fostering collaborative efforts for successful implementation.
- Drive change management activities to ensure organizational adoption of HR processes and standards.
- Continuously monitor HR process performance and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Coordinate standardization efforts involving process authors and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with Core HR Systems, Programs, and Operations teams to ensure implementation across all relevant dimensions.
- Engage People & Culture and business stakeholders, to drive the acceptance and adoption of those standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR process management and standardization
- Broad general knowledge of HR administration processes and concepts.
- Hands-on experience with HR process, data model and report standardization efforts.
- General understanding of HR Shared Services / Global Business Services operating models in the context of a multinational corporate organization.
- Demonstrated ability to moderate standardization efforts involving diverse stakeholder groups and interests.
- Sound knowledge of process documentation tools (e.g., SAP Signavio) and notations (e.g., Business Process Modelling BPMN 2.0).
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
