We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) working remotely in the field of Network Infrastructure. You are part of an international project ensuring the ideal Wifi coverage in a total of more than 1400 stores.

C&A Services is the internationally active IT service provider and European data center for all C&A companies. Based in Düsseldorf, we support the retail industry by providing IT services and developing IT solutions on an international level for C&A in Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• With your colleagues (m/f/d) you maintain and develop our new central CMDB based on Matrix42
• You are responsible for building new data integrations to and from other systems
• Do administrative tasks
• Design system workflows/ETL-processes to cover e.g. asset lifecycles
• Manage our Master Data
• Support the team with daily business and ticketing
• Troubleshooting
• On-site activity: Staging/Labeling of end devices (Laptops, Mobile Devices, Network Equipment etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are studying Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools as well as basic knowledge of Windows Server and IT assets
• You have good knowledge of relational databases (preferable MS-SQL)
• Interested in IT processes e.g. lifecycle management
• You speak English fluently
