We enable the organization to lead and transform the business through people and foster a workplace where everyone can become their best self. As a Total Rewards Specialist, your primary responsibility is to serve as the subject matter expert in providing benchmark recommendations for various job roles within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures that align with organizational goals. As a Senior Total Rewards Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve as a key subject matter expert in leading major Rewards projects, programs and initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing competitive and cost effective total compensation structures, policies and processes that align with our long term organizational goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading Total Rewards projects including Job Architecture,Grading and Pay bands.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy and Organizational Development on Rewards and Labor Cost projects and processes
  • Develop and govern salary structures and pay bands based on long term planning
  • In depth insights in compensation trends to drive effective positioning for talent attraction and retention.
  • Provide profound expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and advise internal stakeholders' queries across all organizational levels and functions.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in total rewards analysis or a related HR function in an international matrix corporation
  • In-depth understanding of reward strategies, structures, market trends and job grading methodologies.
  • Expert level in data analysis and interpretation using advanced statistical methods and tools
  • Proficiency in HR SAP and Success Factors
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in complex cross organizational/functional Rewards and Labor Cost projects and programs
