People & Culture Analyst (m/f/d)

We enable the organization to lead and transform the business through people and foster a workplace where everyone can become their best self. The P&C Analyst/HR Analyst is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for serving as the subject matter expert in P&C Reporting. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining accurate and insightful HR data, enabling strategic decision-making and fostering organizational effectiveness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain comprehensive P&C reports, dashboards, as well as analytics and insights to support business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather P&C data requirements and provide customised reports.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR reporting.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in P&C reporting and analytics.

• Support special HR projects requiring data analysis and reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in HR reporting and analytics.

• Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems and data visualisation tools.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

• Advanced knowledge of HR metrics, analytics, reporting best practices and generating of insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and cultures.

• Familiarity with HR data privacy and security regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (written and oral).
