We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to manage the Head Office Talent Acquisition team in attracting, recruiting and  hiring top talent whilst ensuring a consistent and high-level candidate experience. You will develop clear and successful talent acquisition strategies, through aligning with your peers, Head of Talent, HR and the business, whilst coaching and developing the Talent Acquisition  team. You will also play a key role in enabling -the wider business to develop strong selection capabilities that deliver high quality hires and ensure an inclusive hiring process and a consistent and compelling candidate experience.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Talent Acquisition EU Hub Lead, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Lead and manage team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and driving results
  • Implement diverse sourcing strategies, utilising existing talent acquisition channels and exploring new opportunities to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Lead confidential searches, to secure top-tier senior leadership and talent for the EU Head Office
  • Manage and Lead end to end recruitment processes from workforce planning through to candidate offer and acceptance
  • Develop strategic partnerships with universities and talent providers to broaden and strengthen the talent pipeline
  • Identify process optimisation opportunities by analysing data and research, and enhancing the efficiency of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline Talent Acquisition processes
  • Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding and digital talent recruitment to solidify the company's competitive position in the market

WHAT YOU BRING

Your profile should include extensive knowledge of:


  • Team leadership, including skills development and Performance  Management
  • Coaching, mentoring and mediating methods
  • Talent Acquisition strategies and engagement models
  • Business and organisational evolution
  • P&C strategy, guidelines, processes and interdependencies
  • Navigating in a complex and matrix environment
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS (HR Information Systems)

Your capabilities will include:


  • Projecting integrity, honesty and reliability in all interpersonal relations
  • Structuring, planning, implementing and monitoring talent acquisition strategies
  • Empowering and coaching co-workers and managers, as well as taking a mediator role
  • Understanding business challenges and creating, deploying and managing P&C plans
  • Influencing and communicating in a clear and inspirational way
  • Leading and managing constructive co-worker relations

Key experience requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, a combination of agency and in-house  recruitment is preferred with experience of a range of corporate functions
  • Proven experience of leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in an in-house corporate environment
  • Experience with active sourcing and handling confidential and executive searches
  • Experience with process improvement and with leading projects
  • Fluent in business level English
  • Proven track record of performance at an executive level
