Venture Manager | €110k base + Equity | Berlin

TASKS

Venture Scaling: Architect and execute commercial and operational strategies designed to rapidly accelerate market share and revenue growth.

Strategic Networking: Proactively scout, build, and nurture a premium network of clients, strategic allies, and institutional stakeholders to expand the business footprint.

Project & Campaign Delivery: Direct cross-functional internal teams from concept to execution on high-priority business initiatives and target-audience campaigns.

Strategic Insights: Track competitor moves and macroeconomic trends to pivot internal strategies swiftly and secure first-mover advantages.

Operational Governance: Align with senior leadership to set aggressive operational targets, ensuring day-to-day execution maps perfectly to the overarching company mission.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup environments, with a focus on go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of demographics and the ability to engage and connect with new business opportunities by onesef only.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and make data-driven investment decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a plus.
