Consultant - Innovation & Venture Building (m/f/d)

The role

As a Consultant at Trinsik, you work on international client projects across industries — from regulated markets to digital ventures. You deliver work packages independently, collaborate closely with project managers, apply venture building and innovation management methods — from opportunity framing to prototyping and testing — and develop your skills continuously. You contribute to offer writing, engage with clients, and grow as a practitioner in a team that takes execution seriously.

This is not a role for observers. It's for people who want to be close to the work — and get better at it, fast.

TASKS

• You will help our customers grow a new or existing business initiative, product or venture — from first hypothesis to validated concept
• Deliver project work packages independently and with precision
• Collaborate closely with project managers to shape and drive workstreams
• Apply venture building, innovation management, service design and prototyping methods, alongside AI-driven tools, that turn complexity into clear, actionable outputs
• Design and build prototypes to test assumptions before committing resources
• Contribute to offer writing and client presentations
• Develop your consulting craft — methodically and continuously

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in venture building, (innovation) consulting, or digital product development
• Master degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, International Business, Digital Business, Growth Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related commercial/technical field
• Exposure to venture building, innovation management, service design, or prototyping methods (through work, coursework, or personal projects) is a plus
• Experience with venture building, service design, prototyping, or requirements engineering is a plus — as is international experience
• Strong analytical and structural thinking — you can turn complex problems into clear outputs
• Passion for emerging technologies and a tech-savvy mindset, with a specific interest in AI tools and their business applications
• A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged, the discipline to work independently and the instinct to ask the right questions
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in German and English
