Über den Job:
We are seeking an experienced OFCI Manager to oversee and coordinate OFCI vendor interfaces and deliveries for Data Center projects in Germany, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications.
TASKS
The successful candidate will engage with vendors to identify and manage project risks throughout design, fabrication, and installation phases. Key responsibilities include:
- reviewing technical submissions,
- chairing and recording meetings,
- implementing project procedures,
- supporting change management, conducting site walks and inspections,
- tracking non-conformance reports (NCRs),
- reviewing variations and delays, coordinating snagging,
- planning handovers,
- and attending FWT/FAT and offsite manufacturing inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, and/or commissioning
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
- Experience with Procore or Bluebeam is an advantage
- Manufacturing QA/QC experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
