Early Childhood Educator / Kindergarten Teacher

The Early Bird Club currently runs six facilities in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg and Leinfelden-Echterdingen. Our daycare centers are private bilingual (German/English) facilities where children from the age of eight weeks to 3 years are cared for in the daycare center and from 3 years until the transition to elementary school in the kindergarten, in small groups.

TASKS

• Accompaniment, promotion and care of crèche or kindergarten children
• Documentation, observation and portfolio work
• Designing active and creative activities with and for the children
• Implementation of the educational and orientation plan
• Preparing and conducting parent and development meetings
• Participation in team meetingsNursing tasks

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or a comparable field is required. If you would like to work for us as an educator, you must have experience in working with children.

• you have successfully completed a training as an educator
• Proficient English skills required (English language level C1 to B2)
• you are interested in personal and professional development
• it is important to you to use your knowledge to accompany and support children in their development
