This is your chance to join the C&A team as SP & HR Legal Manager! In this role you will be supporting the HR function by providing employment law advice to the business, representing the company in labour court proceedings in employee disputes, and managing relations with works councils.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic employment law advice to HR and business leaders, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Independently manage individual employment law cases, including disputes and litigation, in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee HR templates such as employment contracts, warnings, termination letters, and other legally relevant documents to guarantee compliance and consistency
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers and HR colleagues to strengthen legal awareness and ensure compliance across the organization
  • Act as the primary contact for Works Council Committees, leading negotiations and drafting Works Council agreements to support business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with works councils on restructuring initiatives and day-to-day matters, driving alignment and successful implementation of organizational changes.
  • Manage and lead large-scale projects with employment law implications, ensuring timely execution and adherence to legal standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Flunet in German and English
  • Completed first and second state examination in law
  • High analytical skills
  • High social competence
  • Ability to explain complex legal issues simply
  • Stress resistance
  • Persuasiveness
  • Professional experience in the field of labor law
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
