As a Total Rewards Specialist, your primary responsibility is to serve as the subject matter expert in providing benchmark recommendations for various job roles within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures that align with organizational goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive market research to provide benchmarking insights for compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and hiring managers to align job roles with competitive compensation ranges.
- Develop and maintain salary structures and pay bands based on industry standards.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments for talent attraction and retention.
- Provide expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and support internal stakeholders' queries.
WHAT YOU BRING
- In-depth understanding of compensation structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software.
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related People & Culture function.
- Certification in Compensation or related field (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
